Reflection: I believe this means that when you get enough sleep,
tour brain and body feels healthy and smart. And you feel smart you do great in
school or in work. Getting enough sleep
is important because you are more active and aware of thing and what is
happening. When you don’t get enough sleep you feel sleepy and tried and isn’t aware
of anything.
