Heart Healthy Tips
¡      Healthy Diet- limit your food
¡      Avoid Smoking- Can damage your blood vessels
¡      Keep an active lifestyle
¡      Maintaining a Healthy body weight
¡      Reduce your Stress


I need start off by eating healthy and do exercise but also maintain a healthy body.  I also need to limit my food like for example my carbs. Sodium, and the fat that is in my food.
