Radiation Therapist

Duties and Responsibilities:

Radiation therapy technologists assist radiologists and oncologists (cancer specialists) in treating diseases by exposing area of patient’s bodies to ionizing radiation. They also help with treatments; technologists are responsible for maintaining the radiation therapy equipment and helping to maintain patient’s records.

Average Salary: $22,000-$36,000

Educational Requirements:

Student should take the most challenging courses in math, science, and English. A high school diploma or a GED is required to enter two year courses.

I would not like to be one because I’m not interested.
