This video was saying that every child in the United States should do some physical Fitness. That no child should be sitting down doing nothing, they need to do some exercises and should eat healthy. I would never want so see a child sitting around doing nothing. Every child in the US should not be over weight because all they need to do is exercise that all they need to do.
