Sports Medicine Doctor
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sports physicians can be either primary care doctors or orthopedic surgeons. Their patients are predominantly athletes, and their focus is on promoting and wellness. Completion of a medical degree and residency program are required to work in the field.  Sport physicians treat musculoskeletal injuries that occur as a result of participation in sports, such as knee and shoulder injuries, ankle sprains, head injuries, tendinitis and fractures.  They may also help athletes with psychological or substance abuse issues related to sports. Sports physicians counsel athletes, helping them maximize performance, prevent injuries and lead a healthy lifestyle. They may suggest supplements, diet plans or exercise regimens to address performance issues. They may also help athletes with psychological or substance abuse issues related to sports. Sports physicians collaborate with physical therapists, athletic trainers and other healthcare professionals to plan courses of treatment and rehabilitation for their patients.

Average Salary: $184,820-$200,000

Educational Requirements:

They must take medical school and training school for least 2 years. Doctors may take an exam to earn board certification in their chosen specialty. The next step is to complete a 1-2 year fellowship in either sports medicine or surgical sports medicine.

Reflection: I believe this mean when you have courage you always do the right thing even if you’re scared or you think it’s the wrong. Maybe sometimes in life you think that the good thing are bad but they’re not, if you have courage you will know and see what is the right thing to do even if it looks wrong.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The main duties of a wellness specialist ate to educate the public on how to improve their daily choices, prevent illness or access local resources. The method should be customized to the audience. For example, a wellness specialist working for a company may hold a seminar and make break room poster on preventative care, ergonomic seating, and the importance of exercise to productivity and motivation.  Wellness specialists work for schools, local governments, companies or other organizations to suggest, support and train people on their health and fitness goals. The types of concerns are as varied as weight and diabetes prevention and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. A specialist often consults with people directly on lifestyle, eating and exercise habits and may direct an individual to a doctor for any serious health concerns.

Average Salary: $53,100-$60,000

Educational Requirement:

A wellness specialist often has a degree in a related discipline such as nursing, fitness or sports medicine. There are no specific requirements, but many positions require on-the-job training in addition to certification from accredited wellness organizations such as the International Association of Wellness Professionals.

Reflection: this means he would rather fail then to cheat because honor is the count in life. To win you need honor but I mean you do it on your own with your mind and effort into it. When you fail it doesn't always mean to give up, it a sign that is telling you to keep trying not to give. Honor counts in your life because it means that people can admire you.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Dental hygienistsDental hygienists clean teeth, examine patients for signs of oral diseases such as gingivitis, and provide other preventative dental care. They also educate patients on ways to improve and maintain good oral health. Dental hygienists use many types of tools to do their job. They clean and polish teeth with hand, power, and ultrasonic tools. In some cases, they remove stains with an air-polishing device, which sprays a combination of air, water, and baking soda. They polish teeth with a powered tool that works like an automatic toothbrush. Hygienists use x ray machines to take pictures to check for tooth or jaw problems. Dental hygienists help patients develop and maintain good oral health. For example, they may explain the relationship between diet and oral health. They may also give advice to patients on how to select toothbrushes and other oral-care devices.

Education Requirements:

Dental Hygienists typically need an associate’s degree in dental hygiene. All states requires dental hygienists to be licensed; requirements vary be sates. Dental hygienists typically need an associate’s degree in dental hygiene. Bachelor's degrees in dental hygiene are also available, but are less common. A bachelor's or master's degree is usually required for research, teaching, or clinical practice in public or school health programs. High school students interested in becoming dental hygienists should take courses in biology, chemistry, and mathematics.
